When I was in school people kept messing with our house. Finally someone set a trophy on the front porch as a trap. Sure enough, someone walking along at night picked it up. Unfortunately for this guy, some fraters of mine were waiting for him. Basically they beat the shit out of the guy.

If he's consistently showing up at Phi Mu Alpha events (which I'm assuming are member only), call the cops on him for trespassing and/or stalking if it's that serious.
