Certain Dem leaders get the picture. Hillary and Lieberman came closest to that. They say John Edwards now does, but he's not a leader anymore.

Certain ones don't and are being propped up by voters (Dean and Kerry for example).

As for what an idiot is, I can only say what a former senator said in more flowery prose about pornography: I may not be able to define it, but I know it when I see it.
