I love deep tissue massage, especially when I'm a bit achy or sore from swimming. It hurts a bit, but you feel so relaxed afterwards! I also like heat therapy with the hot stones. For some reason I don't enjoy those soft touch massages at all.

I didn't go to a local spot, but I did go to a spa in Miami recently. I got a Swedish aromatheraphy massage that was great, then this scrub with a body wrap that was heavenly. I loved being in that hot cocoon thingie!! Also, I didn't have any problems with anything being in my "crevices" and I did wear the little spa panties

I am definately putting this on my regular things to do and will get a hot stone massage next. Thanks for everyone that gave their input!!
