its not exactly a lost ipod, but my mom reformatted her computer, and with everything that was wiped out, my itunes program was lost! Does anyone know if there is a way to reload the program and put new songs on it without wiping out the 500 songs already loaded? Everytime I would plug in the ipod, it would automatically update, and I dont want to lose everything!

I have a connector I got at Best Buy that goes through your radio on a certain frequency. It was really cheap. It is good quality (but probably not as good as a direct connection) but I hate my car and want to get rid of it ASAP, so I couldn't see spending the $ on a nice connector.

Awww, poor little iPod. :(
I have a Zen, (Creative Labs) and I use it for traveling. Other than that, it stays home on my nightstand. |

How do you do that? When I set it up yesterday it put tons of songs on there that I didn't want, and also put about 20 doubles of files on there that I had to go back and delete. |

Are those pictures of your car, or just pictures you found? Good song by the way. :) |

When I got my brand new car back in 2001, it had 70miles on it when I got it...only because it had to be driven a ways to get to me. :) They're nice cars. Hope you enjoy yours! |
I am sooo sad for your iPod. Sadly, I must say I haven't been giving mine the attention she deserves, as her friend, charger seems to have disapeared, and she's just not the same with out herbuddy. she turns on, then off again, won't play music, just sits there looking all pink :(

My iPod died and has been sent back to Apple. I am a lonely little girl.

You can get the songs off your ipod this way and then not have to worry about losing them. -Rudey |

1. Plug your iPod into the computer 2. Open Windows Explorer 3. Tools - Folder Options - View - Show hidden files - Ok 4. Your iPod should show up as a drive on your computer. Click on it, and you will be able to click and drag folders onto your computer. They'll probably be in some strange folder structure, but your iTunes can reshuffle all that. |
