St. Charles man who used a dog in a lewd act will spend 60 days in jail.

A Kane County judge Thursday sentenced Noel Huecias, 37, of 6N693 Tuscola Ave., to 60 days in jail and 12 months of probation for two incidents June 9 when he had sexual contact with a dog in a yard near where he was working.

He already has spent 30 days in jail since his June 10 arrest. He also must pay a $185 fine and $25 a month to the county’s probation department.

Huecias pleaded guilty to misdemeanor attempted sexual contact with an animal in exchange for the sentence.

He originally was charged with sexual contact with an animal and criminal trespass. He could have received up to four years in prison.

Huecias smiled and seemed relaxed throughout the hearing while his family and friends waited in the audience.

According to police, Huecias pressed himself up against a chain link fence in the 1400 block of South Seventh Street at 9:15 a.m. June 9 and made sexual contact with an Akita.

He was observed coming back to the same house at 12:30 p.m. and jumping the fence. Police officers found him in the yard on his knees with his pants undone trying to get the dog to approach, prosecutors said.

The judge ordered Huecias to get a psychological evaluation and stay away from all animals, including owning household pets. It was Huecias’ first criminal offense.

However, it isn’t the county’s first brush with sexual crimes against animals. An Elburn man was charged with sexually abusing a pit bull owned by a Geneva man last year. He was convicted of damage to property, because a judge ruled that sexual gratification couldn’t be proven.

A St. Charles veterinarian who testified at the trial said that sexual abuse of animals in the area isn’t uncommon.

WTF!....I just don't understand......ok I don't want to understand......I mean having sex w/ a dog and getting duked in the poop shoot by a horse c'mon that's just sick!

there must be some type of inbreeding going on.

So do these guys have to register as sexual offenders and predators if they get convicted? So is that why there a lot of sex offenders in the PacNW and UpperMW (like Idaho and Montana) area of the country? Just wondering...

Cuz folks up hear are worried about their kids... When they outta be worried about their kids...spelled goats...

Yeah, the thing is, if he was sentenced to 60 days and already did 30, he was released that day.

Kane County is jacked, by the way. There are some crazies out there.

Another tidbit of info...

"The colon or bowel can become perforated for any of various reasons includng trauma, surgical error, diverticulitis, inflammatory disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, cancer, and any cause of toxic megacolon. If the perforation is not diagnosed and treated in a timely fashion, the perforation could result in the leakage of bile leading to sepsis, peritonitis, and other life treatening conditions."


Ole Nasty definately did not go out smilin'.

They could have easily had a mare nearby in sight for the stud. Because that'll get a boy going pretty easily. Here's a tidbit, they do have false vaginas for studs to mount and go at it for sperm collecting, just thought you'd want to know :p

Back to the news story....EWW. Those poor animals...just think of the counseling they'll have to go through now :p

A mare in sight isn't even required... all they need is the scent of a mare in "heat" - which is the main method used for harvesting horse semen in alot of breeding farms; artifical insemenation is used because it eliminates the chance of either animal being harmed during breeding.

This is kind of a gross way to look at it and Im not justifying beastiality by any means, but in regards to the horse not being disturbed, look at a horse's thingy, and then look at the size of poop they shoot... A human penis isnt going to be much of a bother to a horse or its poop shoot.
