Or Atlantic City.

What the heck is there to do in Lancaster?

I lived in RI for 24 years (and seem to go back a few times a month) so I can help you there too.

Outlets, Amish, Hershey Park, Dutch Wonderland, bed & breakfasts, Harley, etc. Plus it's a slower, easier pace, a nice switch from the city.

So it didn't work out to go anywhere with my friend, but my mom is going to Boston for a business conference for a few days, and I'm going with her. So I'll be free during the days while she's conferencing or whatnot. If any GC'ers want to meet up then, let me know. I'll be there from August 6th - 9th prob.

If you need any suggestions on where to go for different things, definitely post on here or PM me. There are quite a few of us who have either been in the Boston area for college or have stuck around post-college.

or lived there and decided to move away for college and grad school and got stuck in CA. :( All this boston talk is making me homesick...and you're right Ksigkid you definitely take a lot for granted in boston while youre there and you definitely miss it when you're gone. I never thought I'd miss the MBTA as much as I do haha.

Haha...I don't know if I'll ever miss the MBTA whenever I leave, but you're correct. Boston is really a great city. I've been here since 1999 and I love the place. I plan on going somewhere else in a couple of years, but I probably will come back here when all is said and done.

KLPDaisy: I just sent you a LONG PM with places to go/things to do.

Whoops - cleaned it out. I didn't realize it was full.

ETA: Now it's your turn - tried to reply but your mailbox was full.

New Hampshire - if you want something with a little more nature, it can be very relaxing

If you're interested in NH (which can be more "nature" but also really fun!) Feel free to PM me.. I'm a NH native :)
