I second (third?) that.

In particular, they need to ask the lawyer to prepare contract forms for them to use that are specific about cost, when payment is due, completion of work, construction liens (if applicable), and the like.

A Lawyer setting up their Corporation doesnt have a Thing to do with It! It is a formality for Incorporation with The Secretary of State.

If they are a Corporation in the eyes of the State, it is a done deal.

Now to the Contract that was signed by these people for work to be done, that is a different situation.

They are obligated by Contract to pay for work done period. If the work was done in a Satisfactory way promised.

I love Legal Fleegals who want to be real big people and fuck the small people who do the work for them!

Take their Asses To Court, then charge them for the Legal Fees and Court Costs. Cover everything. It will take time but screw them!

Tuff on Small Businesses, I know!

MysticCat said a mouthful! True That!
