Everything that I have learned about the "Pina Coladas" really clicks with me and I really feel comfortable with the ladies in the alumnae group. I don't think that I am at the point of saying this is "the one", since I don't want to get my hopes up too much and risk the possibility of a major dissappointment.

The whole aspect of AI sort of just fell into my lap. Heck, I didn't even know it existed until about 4 months ago! I really can see myself being a part of the Pina Coladas, but it's not my call. All I can do is be myself and hope they like what they see... :)

slight hijack here....

to make the cheesecake more "heealthy" you can use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese, but DO NOT use the no fat stuff. it does not have the ability to keep it's shape and the cheesecake will be runny. the sour cream helps to keep the cheesecake moist. i didn't use it for the longest time to reduce the fat, but it tastes so much better with it! i just use a small container of the reduced fat stuff.
