I didn't note my affiliation, either, just that I was a member of an NPC sorority. Alpha Delta Pi's, please remember that you may NOT mention your affiliation without EO approval! I'm sure that other GLO's have the same caveat.

Since I live here in San Francisco, I called both numbers. Ms. Jones no longer works at Cal-Berkeley. Her replacement is Ms. Marcia Riley. I couldn't find an email address for her, but her phone number is 510.642.5753.

I left a very strong message as well. In a polite way of course. I suggested that they not only quickly remove or correct the offending links, but also get to the bottom as to what happened. I also made a point of saying that I found out about this via the GreekChat.com message board. And that others from all over the country are not only aware of this, but are very much outraged about it. (Hope to shame them into quick action.)

Hey all! When I tried to email Jones, I got this reply with Riley's email addy:

Oops! Marcia Riley! Thank goodness I had the mind to address her as Ms. Riley in my message.

I tried to call too. I couldn't get a person, but the switchboard person gave me the main number to the Greek Life office, 510.642.5171

I recall that it rang for what seemed like 10 times (it was quite a few) before their "out of office" message kicked in.

Hmmmm interesting points from the site:

The site migrated to a new server last night.

The migration went seamlessly and all info from before should be viewable as if nothing happened. **So I wonder how long that AKA farce has been up.

The site is still under development to correct previous bugs and add new features so it will be the best campus Greek site in the world :rolleyes:

The home page says that all 9 NPHC orgs on campus, yet only AKA is listed on the NPHC page. **Makes me wonder if someone on the webteam is upset either with AKA or the entire NPHC?

At this time, the link to IFC and Panhellenic pages still work. However, only 3 of 13 Panhellenic organization pages and 6 or 35 IFC organization pages have links to either their local web site or to their national site work. (Some groups may not have a local web site.)
