Happy Founder's Day
Happy Founder's Day to all of my Chi Omega Sisters!!
Just have to add: Upsilon Lambda Chapter celebrated its 20th Anniversary last week and a new alumnae chapter (Southeastern Indiana) was formed on April 1st. It's been a busy and fun few weeks--and we have a lot to celebrate!! :) |

I'm going downtown tonight for the local Eleusinian Banquet with the active & alumnae chapter. Ours is being held at a club located on the top floor of a bank building. Terrific view! |
HAPPY FOUNDERS' DAY, SISTERS!! Here's to another 112 years of our amazing sisterhood!

Anyone else attending celebrations this week? |
We're doing a tea - brunch downtown. Alumni and actives all around! The week after that alums are going to do a gathering as well!

Sisters--
Happy Founder's Day!!! Here's to another 113 (and more) perfectly wonderful years! :) I hope everyone enjoys their Eleusinia this weekend. Our alumnae chapter is not doing anything this weekend, but will be in a couple of weeks. I'm really looking forward to it. Cutie_Hootie |
Happy 117th, Chi Omega!
Founders' Day is tomorrow... Anyone have any special plans?
|
I'll be going to the Eleusinia tomorrow night, which will also be celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Charlotte, NC Alumnae Club.
Happy Founders Day, sisters! |
Happy Founders Day to all my Chi Omega friends!!! and I have many great memories of the Chi Omega chapter at UCSB which was right next door to the Theta chapter. We had a lot of fun with each other (in a good way!).
(By the way, your chapter at the University of Arizona is AMAZING!!! They really cleaned up at our Order of Omega Greek Life Banquet on Tuesday night. I know one of their advisors is on Greek Chat and I'll ping her to come and post about their successes.) |
Our Eleusinia was great! The special honored guest was SM Kate Scattergood. I haven't been attending a lot of alumnae chapter event, but I will try to start going to more, because I met and talked to lots of sisters who I would like to get to know better. I even met one from my own chapter who graduated a few years before I joined. Where I live now is not near where I went to school and our chapter closed 20 years ago, so she was actually shocked to find someone else from the same chapter at the event. Unfortunately we were too far apart that we knew absolutely nobody in common, but I was glad to see our chapter represented by two members!

My local Eleusinian banquet is not until next Thursday, so... let the celebration continue!
