Robert Alexius Foster, 28, of Memphis, manager of Blockbuster, died Wednesday in Memphis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Anointed Temple of Praise on Riverdale with burial in Memorial Park South Woods. Harrison's Funeral Home Orange Mound Chapel has charge. He was a graduate of Bishop Byrne High School and Ole Miss and a member of Alpha Psi Alpha Fraternity. He leaves his parents, Erma V. and Melvin R. Foster of Memphis; two sisters, Patricia L. Hubbard and Lisa R. Banks, both of Atlanta; a brother, Rashad F. Hason of Williamsburg, Va., and his grandmother, Helen F. Bailey of Memphis.

Clearly, somebody didn't do their job on the copy desk. I knew people at the Commercial Appeal back in the days, and they do have black newsroom professionals. SMH.
