So the mother agreed to pay all this money to send her underaged child to a university, live in a residence hall with "adults" and EXPECTS these young people to behave?
Okey... That's a little too must EXPECTATION... I agree that you all have to protect this young lady because of her age, but then, you can implement expulsion because of her age, too... How did she get accepted? Because she must of have been extremely smart for college... But it is about emotional intelligence, not IQ that dictates how well adjusted one is--which means, homegirl is crying home to mommy when she can't have her way in the dorm...
And these young people, they thrive on torturing this poor kid because of it, too, if what you say is true about the emails to residents...
