I didn't read much of your post and what other people wrote. I just didn't have interest I guess.

But I like helping people out because I am a good guy. I do know this. You probably won't be with this person too long. People are easily replaceable. So just bang her and quit complaining?

i actually agree with james on this one. honestly, if you were just looking at this girl as a "friend with benefits" situation, i would say go for it. since it sounds to me that you have more interest in her, i have to say be very wary. once a cheater...always a cheater...there are no exceptions to this!
