So now it's decision time...

I got accepted to the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine today/yesterday (the letter came yesterday, but I was out of town).

So now it's between KU, which is much cheaper (nearly $20,000 difference between in-state and out of state), or Nebraska, where many of my friends are headed (including a pledge brother - and maybe my old pledge educator), and where I really felt more comfortable.

Gosh...what a lucky boy I am to have to make such a decision!

PS: Tom, KU's Med school is in KCK (practically Missouri).

SigmaChiCard 02-02-2005 12:29 AM

Congrats

I have a good friend entering your med school class in Kansas - If you meet Calista tell her Cory says hello

Cory

Lucky dog you!!!

??? Go where you think you will get the better education, and where the fit is better. Where do they have the opportunities to meet your needs??? Remember, most med schools have a second look weekend in April or so.

Go G!!

bluefish81 02-02-2005 11:52 PM

Congratulations! Good luck on deciding between the two schools.
