So why do I have 'Celebrity' playing on my computer right now at work http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif!! And ladycat81, you're right. "Do Your Thing" is my other favorite off of this album, after "Gone" of course. I played "Do Your Thing" over the phone for my older sister and she was like 'that sounds like a straight up R&B track'. But again, I like every song on this album. I don't think I have too many albums I can say that about. Have I demonstrated enough that I love N'Sync!! And no I'm not ashamed. I am a 24-year-old Black Female accountant who loves N'Sync. And what... http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif! ------------------ #10 Sigma (Clark Atlanta University) Spring 1999 Currently: MAL, Southern Region [This message has been edited by DST Love (edited July 31, 2001).] |
Can I also add that I love "The Game is Over" and "The Two of Us". Those two songs just finished playing. Again, I love this whole album http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif!!

One more thing to add, I really became a fan of theirs when I watched their HBO concert special last year. I mean they put on a show. They can dance and sing their butts off. And I love how they never lip-synced even though they danced majority of the show. I guess for me I'm so glad to see a group that is more than just a production group. They actually have talent.

Some days ya just gotta miss Napster! |
While I think this is a great album, I know it's not going to do nearly as well as "No Strings Attached". It's too R&B sounding for the masses. I was reading a lot of reviews by 'regular' folks and a lot of them were saying they didn't care much for this album. That it was too different. And I know what that means. But I think a lot of Black people will enjoy their "new" sound.

I agree with you DST Love. I think this album is more appealing to Black people because it has not got that great of reviews from the masses. But I think N Sync just wants to expand their demographic and appeal to all of their fans. All the N Sync guys are Hip and R&B fans themselves and that comes across in their music. But the album is HOT to me and I can't wait to see them Aug. 9th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, there are many places where you can hear EXCERPTS from each song. MSN.com has a sampler---the album's off da hook. |
I love their new cd. I love the sound. It's so refreshing. I'm so glad they've strayed so far from BSB. I'm not a big fn of theirs. N'Sync is totally awesome!!! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif

I was a fan of BSB, but N Sync is on a whole other level. I like their approach to things better. N Sync are more fun loving and charismatic and I just enjoy their voices more.

has anyone seen the new Rolling Stone with NSYNC on the cover? They crown them "the biggest band in the world" and I think they deserve it right now! Plus I got all six covers of the Rolling Stone mag(I'm a NSYNC fanatic!) and I think it's so cute how much Justin loves Britney, with his little black self! lol!

Oh DeltaQTE, I've GOT to get those Rolling Stone covers!! I was telling my friend on the phone last night that Justin needs a Sista. But he seems to love his Pinky (Britney) so I can't hate, lol. Oh well, I still got JC
