My Turn....

I am also pigeon toed, but never noticed until someone brought it to my attention in college! When I get tired in general, I will walk really slow and my pigeon toedness (is that a word?!) gets worse.

I never when to pre-school.

I took a full course load my last year of high school and only needed 3 classes to graduate. I also graduated with an Advanced Degree because I had more credits than needed and some were Honors classes.

I have never had a relationship last past the 6-7 month mark and I am going to be 23 on Tuesday. (is something wrong with me?!)

I received the National Panhellnic Award (only given to black students) in high school. I was one of 10 to get the prestigious award. When I at the assembly to receive the award someone else from another high school has my SAME NAME. First and last name and the spelling was the same too. This blew my mind because my name was called TWICE! :D

Until about the 4th grade, I thought I was the only person in the world named Cortney.

I was presented in a special year book for high school students who were Honor/Merit roll during most of there high school "career." Can't remember the name of the book, but I was in there twice.

I have been on TV about 5 times. Once for the news and the other times on Its Academic. Not as a contestant, but a cheerleader in the background.

I attended TC Williams High School and Denzel played my driver's ed teacher in Remember the Titans. Back then he was the football coach. He also remembered teaching my mother some 17 years earlier.

I am double jointed only in my left thumb. No where else.

My mother was 3 months preggo with me when she graduated high school in 1981.

I was born with a FULL head of black curly hair.

I have had my ears pierced since I was 6 months old. I didn't wear earrings for years when I was younger and the hole didn't close.

I'm TRYING to go natural.

That's all for now...

My name is Cortney too...spelled like that because my mom was too lazy to write the "U" in it.

5. I dance while eating very good food. I kinda rock side to side, shake my head a little. It looks just like I am dancing while sitting down. I rarely know when I am doing this too because I am enjoying the food so much.

I think that's it. [/B]
I thought this was funny cause I do the same little dance when I'm eating good food too. I can't control it, it just happens. People who have never eaten with me before find it very amusing.

*I DREAM to be on a reality tv show one day!

*Furthest west I've been was Kansas City, MO. Furthest south I've been was New Orleans. Furthest north I've been was Chicago. Furthest east I've been was Indianapolis.

OH, my boyfriend hates it. I didn't know I did it until I started dating him almost 3 years ago. We went out to eat and I must have really enjoyed my food because I was "dancing" although I didn't know it. Conversation:

Him: Why are you dancing?
Me: Huh, I'm not dancing?
Him: Yes you are, you are rocking and bobbing your head. Will you please stop.
Me: OK

Moments Later ....
Him: Will you please be still, that is embarassing
Me: I am not moving, what are you talking about

Moments Later ... He just looked up at me. I caught myself mid-rock and just fell out laughing. Now that I know I do it I try to control it, but it is really hard.
