Does anyone ever acknowlege the day that was "Thanksgiving Eve" back in 1888 ? Is it ever brought up?

I've been thinking about this lately too. The actual day in 1888 was November 28th. The Tri Delta website says that November 27th was a Tuesday when most of the rituals and mottos were completed. We always celebrate it on Thanksgiving Eve though.

Congratulations, Tri Deltas everywhere...I've always loved the Tri Delta Motto: Let us steadfastly love one another.
