I voted today!

I was excited, because it was my first time...after I was done I called my parents. I went after class and it took me about fifteen minutes. It was not busy at all, I hope to see a better turn out at 5:00!

KSigkid 11-02-2004 04:45 PM

I'm voting once I get out of work...I think everyone knows which way I'm going in the Presidential election, and most of the candidates I favor are Republican.

PhiPsiRuss 11-02-2004 04:47 PM

I voted about an hours ago. Almost straight Libertarian.

cashmoney 11-02-2004 05:59 PM

I ended up voting for Nader and yes to allowing slot machines in south florida. :p

carnation 11-02-2004 06:03 PM

I voted! And got the traditional "I'm a Georgia Voter" on a peach sticker.

SSS1365 11-02-2004 06:10 PM

I was going to go before work since the polls in VA opened at 6 am, but there was a line and I really didn't want to be late for work. So I swung by after work, thinking that there would be an even longer line, but in reality I was in and out in 5 minutes. Voted Republican across the board.

ISUKappa 11-02-2004 07:09 PM

Mr. ISUKappa and I voted around 2 this afternoon. No wait at all. I was shocked to hear this was his first time voting, ever, and he's 28.

Pretty much straight Republican except for the local ones where there was either no choice or they didn't have party listed. I mean, how can you go wrong with a Senator that chains three lawnmowers together to mow his lawn. :D I think Mr. ISUKappa voted K/E and then incumbent for the rest.

AZ-AlphaXi 11-02-2004 07:32 PM

Voted first thing this morning (6am) thought I'd be the first one there ... Ha! was about the 30th ... and then I proceed to mess up my ballot and have to get and re-do another one ...

aephi alum 11-02-2004 08:18 PM

I voted this morning on my way to work (~8am). It took about 15 minutes... most of which was spent finding a place to park.

ZTAMich 11-02-2004 08:21 PM
