Ohio State University's formal dates are January 8 (Intro Round), 9 (House Tours), 15(Philanthropy), & 16 (Pref). Bid day is January 18, 2005.

Marquette University also holds Spring Formal Recruitment, and we have four great sororities here: Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Phi, Alpha Chi Omega, and Pi Beta Phi.

I'm not sure on dates but when I find out I'll post. :)

Santa Clara, CA recruitment is scheduled for January 28, 29, 30 with bid day on January 31st.

Chapters rushing include: Alpha Phi, Delta Gamma, and Kappa Alpha Theta!

Recruitment is the first week in February. Prior to formal, an informational open house is held in the fall by each chapter.

The University of Goergia will be holding informal recruitment from Jan 26 - Feb. 2. I have no idea who will be participating, but as soon as I find out I'll let you know!

I don't know the exact dates, but High Point usually holds there recruitment the last week of January. Sororities on campus are:

All three nationals at Brooklyn College partipate in Spring COB After our Inter-Greek Council Rush fair, which will take place in the 17th of February, we all sponsor individual recruitment events. We have the following chapters:

Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone know that Georgetown College, Georgetown Kentucky will be having Formal Recruitment the week following Martin Luther King Day. It starts on Wednesday and runs through Sunday with Chapel Day (aka Bid Day) on that afternoon.

* Just a question..it seems like recruitment is so short at many of these schools..not even a week long. Why is that? Is it easier due to the amount of people going through the process?

Speaking from my experience when I went through (Jan. 2000), there were less than 100 women going through recruitment, and the parties were broken up to where we had our long day the day before classes started, then the next two days were one round, and then we were doing the final two rounds of recruitment on a Friday and Saturday night, so recruitment only took us 5 days. Each university is different, and I wouldn't presume to talk about other schools, but this system worked well for our sororities :)
