The real estate in the Monterey area is insane. The houses in Carmel which is a few miles away are even more expensive. Don't even get me started on the houses in Pebble Beach. Our apartments are selling in the next couple of months and are turning into condos. Mr.Norcal is going to buy ours for like $500,000+. Wait a couple years to make some more dinero and try finding a place in Pebble Beach to have a familia. I'm worried about when we do that cause he's very picky and anal about things.

Ugh, I'm getting close to closing on a condo and I hate the sellers. My realtor is a scam artist, I swear.

When someone tells you the condo has "upgrades", doesn't that tell you you're getting something better than the base package? I think so!

Luckily for her, there was a nice little clause at the top of the contract that said verbal agreements cannot be considered contract-binding. Just goes to show you that "as is" isn't always what you think.
