lyrelyre...just out of curiousity...when did you go through IMPACT?? What year?? They've made it from a 2-day adventure into a 1-day thing...so I was wondering when you went through?!

I don't mean to be negative. I thought some parts were outstanding. However, it seemed to drag at times. I just felt that it could be more effective if reorganized. When you ask 18-22 year-olds to give up a Saturday it needs to be awesome and really speak to them.

I know parts were repetitive, but I think it works for some chapters. I know the group I facilitated seemed to be really open and honest and really worked on the issues they were supposed to work on in the afternoon. I agree that it's not perfect, but I still think it's a very empowering program.
