From the AXiD forum:

Omega Chapter, Stetson U, founded 1917.

As far as I know, still open.

I don't know if this is "official," but I know my chapter says sisters who have passed have entered Chapter Eternal.

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia's Omega chapter was chartered at Ohio Wesleyan University on May 24, 1922. I believe that it is currently inactive.

FYI, an earlier thread on the subject:

Omega Chapters.

There is no Omega Chapter. There is, however, an Omega Society for bigtime donors.

Alpha Sigma Alpha

Our only single letter chapter is Alpha. We had a few other single letter chapters before our reorganization in 1914 but they all died out or were absorbed by other sororities.

We had our Omega Omega chapter (our double letter chapters are our oldest ones) at San Diego State but it is presently dormant.

We do not have an Omega chapter to denote deceased members or any other chapter that does so.
