Jacksonville's not your typical tourist destination, figures I did it for a guy. ;)

Super Wal-Mart a pick up place!!! LOL!!!:D
You are so right! And that is so sad!

Too funny.:)

Wow. Ironic given that the campus culture supposedly makes such a big deal about honor and discipline.
That's true, but unsurprising in other ways, too. It's like when they leave campus, no holds are barred, you know?

i can promise you that before the nc state ztas stepped on the bus to jacksonville, there had been many clearances gone thru starting with their general advisor, province president and vice president collegiate.

I wasn't "calling out" the ZTAs. Why did you think that? I was just saying that I could see that without proper planning there could be risk management issue with such an event. I never said that the ZTAs were poor planners. Obviously the article said everyone had a good time and that things went well.

its okay.....

i didn't think that you were calling out the ztas. i was just letting everyone know in an abbreviated statement what they would have (the chapter) had to go thru to get this okayed. you are right-if every i is not dotted and every t crossed, off campus events CAN be risk management nightmares.

Its a little bit like using a sorority chapter as an escort service. Much cheaper though.

As a member of both the US Army and Lambda Chi Alpha it is great to things like that. I can't wait till i leave for active duty bc i am going to a base that will have a chapter close by.
