I agree that if they use the tape review to change his Starting Value that they should (must) use the tape review to judge any and all uncounted mistakes.
And to make this fair- it would have to be done for the top 4 or 5 placing gymnasts.

haha. The korean still didn't win the gold. The IOC and the Korean Olympic Committee are not one and the same. The KOC is giving him a piece of chit fake gold medal. As Tom Earp would say, "dat funny". The IOC has already said the results are final and won't change.
