oh snap! -RC --this one isn't sarcastic, either |
KSig RC is that guy that stands around the two guys in the fraternity house that are gonna fight and cups his hands around his mouth and yells, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH"
I think I'm going to start being the stupid girl who jumps in the middle of a fight between two guys, talking smack the whole time because she thinks she won't get hit because she's a girl. I'll have to get much fatter for this though. Usually That Girl is pretty fat. |

If you get fat, I'll take time out of my busy night of ooooohing and pushing on fights to get obliterated and take you home. Deal? -RC --"home" being "the back of a dude named spindler's car" |
It's putting on those last 20 lbs to make it to 400 that's gonna be tough.
I think I'm up for the challenge. |

yaaay! you should start a thread asking for support, help, and expert advice. I'd say that's the way to do it. -RC --I said "do it" heh |
again, *yawn*

Michelle, let me personally reccomend gaining LOTS of WEIGHT. As in the more the better. As in, if you can fit in your normal office chair, gain some more.
Boys love it. Plus I can wear pajamas all the time because I can't fit in anything else. |
he he he.
HotDamn- would that make me more tired? Because Rudey says boys don't like that. And I agree with everything that Rudey says  |

You really should do some more cardio and change your diet around if you're so tired. Plus since you're single and all, men find it more attractive when a woman is in shape and not tired all the time. -RC --irony |
So I started doing cardio at lunch but I'm wondering if it's worth it because I can only run on the treadmill for about 20 min by the time I walk over to the gym on base, change, and leave with enough time to shower, change and walk back.
20 min does not seem like enough to make me not *yawn* too. |

20 min is more than adequate; go four times a week and you'll actually see approximately the same results (w/in ~%5) as you would for doing double that three times a week. Do 'interval' training for better cardio/calorie results (2 min at a pace you cannot keep up for 5 min, then 3 min just below your mile pace, ie "sprint the turns, jog the straightaways"). -RC --first serious non-football post in weeks |
Yeah but I should've specified it's a very slow 20 min. I had 3 months off from running (broke my foot in 3 places.) So yeah. I'm not sure if it counts as cardio when the guy next to you is running 2 mph faster, not sweating, and wearing a shirt that says "ROBERTS FAMILY REUNION 1959".
