OMG!! Yes! I went to the Zeta and Delta probates @ my school, and we were all like :eek: :D when their lines were like 7 deep. Normally each NPHC's line is maybe 4.

The Office of Multicultural Student Affairs is a safe haven.

when at least once a week, the student paper talks about the need to increase diversity, but every attempt the students make at making the school more attractive to non-Euro Americans is met with skepticism and uncertainty

and when your friend tells you that she had to explain to her African American friends why she was hanging out with a "white girl" (fortunately, once everyone was introduced, it was all good)

:rolleyes: And when anyone mentions that this may not be appropriate, it becomes an all out class battle.

JocelynC, what school was it? Akron U? I'm in Cleveland know that sorors lean towards the deep side there!

If you had a House of Black Culture (those who went to OWU, Denison or any other school nearby know exactly what I'm talking about!)

If the blacks on your campus were few in number but had just as many student orgs as the whites students because you all had the black version of all of their orgs.

If the occurrence of a stepshow on campus was the best thing since sliced bread.

If you were asked how do you get your hair like that........(braids is what you always hear this about)

If someone refers to a Que as the guy that wears the gold boots, fatigues and barks a lot..........
