Along with writing down your name and address, you also include your panty size and the type of panty you prefer (you wouldn't want any granny panties if you prefer thongs). Then, you mail the letter to a bunch of your friends and they mail it to their's. That way, 36 people that you've never met will know your panty size and preference hence why I never participated.

Not my thing. I'll buy my own underwear, thank you! :D

I thought/think it's stupid and nasty.

When i was writing my many pen-pals around the world during middle and high school, I used to get what was called "panty grams" all the time. It worked like one of those stupid chain letters, except the address at the top of the list you send a pair of panties to in the size specified. I assume they were to be brand new, not previously worn panties,(that was never really specified in the letter), but how can one guarantee that? When so many panties anymore dont come in shrink wrap and talk shows are always telling women make sure that you wash panties as well as swimsuits that you buy before you wear them for sanitary purposes because people are down right NASTY.

Needless to say, every panty gram I got back in the day went straight into the trash and I never put my address on anything like that.

For those who don't know, it's kind of a chain letter where you receive this letter and you send a new pair of panties with the tag still intact to the person listed as #1. Then you list your #2 person (the person who sent you the letter) as #1 and you as the new #2. Then when your people get the letter thy are to send you a pair of panties.

The letter (I don't have the exact wording) says you will receive 36 pairs if everyone follows the directions. But how is that 36 and not 12?

I'm having trouble figuring out how you get 36.

For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, I apologize!

A tag intact means nothing. People still try those on in a store jsut like swimsuits, and often times dont wear anythign underneath separating the skin from the material. The sanitation strip they have in the bottoms is a joke too. You still need to wash the panties and the swimsuits before ya wear them, ladies. I'm taking a human microbiolgy class, TRUST ME, you DO NOT want to know what all could be on there...........

I got one of those chain letters as a kid. Never passed it on though. I think I was just lazy, but I am kinda glad I didn't participate now. :p

I have never heard of that kind of chain letter. Sick!

I received this chain letter over ten years ago. I didn't do it then, and I won't do it now.
