Okay, maybe I'm a stickler for details but this is really getting on my nerves with the Batman franchise. Not that I don't love Tommy Lee Jones but how exactly does he turn into Two-Face when Two-Face was the Asst DA who was originally played by Billy Dee Williams? I won't even touch the recasting of Batman cause that was one horror after another. I do know that there was a Black catwoman on the show but you can't top Eartha Kitt with Halle Berry's behind. On top of which they just made up a new damn story instead of reshooting her behind fighting with Max Shrek but then again Catwoman only has one life left after Batman Returns so what was the point of this movie?

A LOT of Batman fans feel the same way about the pointlessness of the movie. I heard the internet trailer was embarassingly bad so they pulled it.

People don't like it when you mess with classics- Selina Kyle is Catwoman, not Patience whoever. It's not about liking or disliking Halle Berry, people just don't like these changes.

Halle will be on Oprah next week PRing the movie. So maybe the rumor is not true:confused:

First of all, Catwoman was always sexy, not slutty. What the hell is she wearing?

Finally....what is the point of this movie, really? Why even use the Catwoman name for the flick, when it's not even part of the franchise, really?

outside of the outfit, it looks corny. catwoman as a good guy? WTF? i might catch just to see halle.

I agree with everyone's points. I want to shed some light on the Patience-Selina thing.

WB is trying to make an extension for Halle (superhero extension). It was suppose to be for the Jinx character in James Bond last film. But some how that may not come to light--not a good script, not a good plot, yada yada yada. The point is that Halle is trying to conquer all methods film but she, in my eyes, is not a great actress.

Personally, she would'nt have gotten in the genre if Iman wasn't pregnant and couldn't take the role of Storm. and Halle, though beautiful, didn't do Storm satisfaction.

Halle is film darling, she will get her way. She can just suggest films and she will get it.

Love Halle, hated the movie. I know you have to suspend belief sometimes but dayum, I can only go so far.

But at least that movie will get me back in the gym!

I'm surprised. I didn't see the movie, but I was surprised that it brought in $17 million this weekend vs. Bourne Supremacy. I'm going to support my girl though.

I watched Ebert & Roeper last night. Ebert said that there were only three good things about this movie. These are Halle Berry's face, Halle Berry's body and Halle Berry's costume. The rest was a convoluted mess. I will wait until it comes on HBO.

The trailers for this movie look really bootleg and low budget. I have no intention to see it. I was surprised that Halle was involved with a movie of this low caliber. When I heard she was starring in it months ago, I thought it would be put together like the Batman movies, but this movie looks pretty bad.

Her last movie was pretty bad. I watched Gothika and wonder why I wasted 1.5 hours of my life plus R32.50.

She has 6 new movies comming out for the next two years. Maybe she's milking her X-Men thing for all the money and not picking wise movies.

They are saying she has the "Oscar Winner" curse.
