You are correct. The picture did always change. What I wonder is why the site no longer says it will be updated in June? The website address has not been changed has it?

The picture has always changed, at least as far back as I can remember.

UPDATE:

I called headquarters today and I was told that the website is NOT "up and running". So what you see now, is NOT the "new" site.

The Soror said that it POSSIBLY could be ready some time in September.

I really enjoy this forum, I visit frequently but this is my first post. I was excited to find the new website up and running, it is done with class and very informative.

I love the new site! Chapter locator is back :) So that should be fairly easy for interest to get in touch with a chapter (prayerfully they won't bombard the particular chapter of interest).

I'm glad it's back up. It was longly anticipated.

Is anyone else having a problem gaining access to the site this evening? Everytime I try, the "document not found" screen appears. Since index2.html is attached to the site, I wonder if it is still a work in progress to be transferred to www.AKA1908.org mainpage at a later date. If you type the regular address as is without index2.html, the old site appears.

I am having the same problem as Total Elegance. I didn't get to see the new site at all! :(

It's back up and running.

Maybe it is just me, because it still won't work for me. I have tried Netscape and Explorer. Oh well, I will just keep trying.
