YES! I use Nads. It works really well. But of course...waxing never feels good. It hurts like hell...but I think it's worth it because your hair doesn't grow back for like 2-3 weeks.

As for the diets (6 week body makeover) go to http://ediets.com

there is a review of almost EVERY diet out there.

I used the Sally Hansen sugar home wax kit.

It works really great. I also love that if you make a mistake with the wax you can just rinse it off with water.

I tried, I think it was Andrea brand, but it was weird - the "wax" was on a cellophane like sheet you pressed on and pulled off. it totally didn't work on any leg hair - it would've if it was really thin hairs I think. So I'm wondering about the ones that come with the fabric strips and you heat the wax and whatnot...do they work?

I use the Sally Hansen version of the plastic wax sheets.. they work wonders. I've used Nads before.. but you have to let your hair get braidibly (hahaha.. new word for ya'll) long before it will work at its best.

edited for spelling.

I use it to add some texture to my hair - after I straighten it, instead of glossing I'll spray that in and comb it through with my fingers. I also use it when I'm keeping my hair wavy for the day.

I went to Super Target yesterday to do some grocery shopping and picked up some Sheer Blonde. It makes my highlights stand out a lot more and my hair is so shiny! I'm sold! :)

I've tried both Nads and Veet. Couldn't get Nads to work at all, but Veet is good. It has a nice roller to put the wax on with, not messy at all.

Since I have not seen the commercial for the program from what you said it may help out a lot. I'm not sure if you have this channel but they show an excercise program where they workout in chairs. I'm not sure but I think it's on PBS.

Thanks for your concern. Most of her problem is not takign responsibility for her actions and thus having a victim of the world mentality but that's a separate thread. Disregard my posts about this program. I talked to her last night, apparently she has just bought it and is getting ready to start it. I dont know how she got the money for it(guess she somehow talked dad into a raise in her alimony or something). Hopefully this will work for her.

I tried some kind of home waxing kit when I was a senior in high school.............tried to give myself a bikini wax............worst pain in my life! I felt like the skin ripped off with the wax paper. The hair didnt come out either (I'm now convinced that shaving is just the best way) and it left bruises and redness on me so bad i couldnt go swimming for a week and a half. No offense but screw that shit! :)

I use the Nair roll-on sugar wax kit sometimes. It works well, smells good and cleans up easily.

My mom just got back from NYC and she brought me some of the Deliciously Kissable Body Gloss. It smells AMAZING (like chocolate), but honestly I could get the same effect with Jergens Shimmering body lotion and for a hell of lot cheaper. And I don't really like smelling like food .

Haha my roommate has naturally curly hair (and tons of it as well!) She told us that when she was at the mall they were giving out free samples of it and the lady chased down her and her sisters to give them some. All three of them have curly hair it's so pretty. She goes through conditioner like nothing.

I just have a perm thats falling out.

HEHEHEHHE I tried to do at home waxing and it wasn't water based.... so I had wax on my legs and took like three showers trying to get it off I had to call a salon and find out it to use baby oil to get it off... OHH... yeah I felt REAL smart !!

Has anyone ever tried the Windsor Pilates tapes. Does it work? I was looking for a way to keep in shape when I don't have time to go to the gym which is all the time.

I have these! I love them! About this time last year, I was doing the 20 minute tape everyday. I felt so refreshed and people kept telling me how good I looked. If you do the tape correctly, your abs will definately tighten up and your flexibility will increase. I bought mine off the TV, but I think you can get them at Target now. Definately reccommend! :)
