"Now and Forever" by Carol King from "A League of Their Own" is fantastic. We sing it at prefs every year. Its what got to me when I went through rush.

We sing it too at prefs!! :) and our video day theme is A League of Our Own-- we made up a door chant on Video Day that goes along to the tune of the "We are the members of the All American League" song that is in the movie.
