I see sites with all the badges & pins (fwiw, I go WILD when people refer to an Alpha Delta Pi pin as a badge!), and they all seem sooo pretty - especially the blinged out ones. I can almost understand pin collectors when I see those sites. Almost. ;)

I really do like the pins that look like something, such as the key, the arrow, the lyre, etc. They are incredible in their simplicity.

I also agree with Tom Earp, about no one really being able to fully appreciate any given pin without knowing the symbolism behind it.

Of course, I am prejudiced for our Black Diamond, but it's not just the (wonderful!) symbolism - I love how every Alpha Delta Pi can personalize her own pin to match her own personality (and wallet!) - as we have been able to do since 1851 - and yet the diamond itself, and its symbolism brings us all together as one. :)

I really like ChiO's and Phi Mu's badges. There is no certain thing I like about each one. I just think they are pretty.

i *heart* my badge because we work to earn the 21 PEARLS on it each year...

So we basically earn our badge every year!
(it makes me proud!) :)

but i have to admit that Chi O, Alpha Phi, and AOPi badges are absolutley gorgeous!

I love love LOVE the pins of AOPi, Tri-Delt, Gamma Phi, and AXO!
