Okay it looks like the Yardhouse or Acapulco in San Pedro at Ports O'Call are the two choices here.

If it's going to be a large group I'm thinking that Acapulco would be able to accomodate us more then the Yardhouse (we've had trouble with the yardhouse and large groups). Also, it doesn't matter the age of everyone that is going. If I remember correctly after a certain time the Yardhouse cards people.

Is it better for everyone to do it on a weeknight or a weekend evening?

Since we're all coming from so many different areas of so cal I think a weekend event would be better. That way people won't have to worry about as much traffic as a week night.

No dates chosen yet. I'm with you regarding weekend dates.

Here are suggested dates - say yea or nay if they're good and we'll see what the majority says. I'm basing these dates upon the dates I have free in June.

I cant do the 5th...finals the following week. I'm not sure about the 26/27...depends on whether or not I'll have transportation.

so not meaning to jump into your conversation, but me and a few other sigma kappas may be in the OC that weekend ... we have an alumni that lives in santa monica, so we'd be more than willing to drink some beer & meet all of yous too :)

I know there's a group to go on June 5th but I can't make it after all. Just got a call that one of my sisters is getting married that day. For those who can meet this weekend, have fun and let us know how it went. Try to take pictures and post them if possible.
