Hey now, I work my school's Annual Fund. THough I''d be annoyed too if students called me at 5 PM as I was sitting to dinner.

My mom is an alumna of the school I attend, and they called to ask her for money. She was feeling ornery that day, so she asked to speak to the manager then said "As if it wasn't bad enough that you cancelled my major, I give you guys XXXX amount every year for my daughter's tuition after paying my own way through 30 years ago. No money for you!"

I used to work for my school's annual fund too. FUN TIMES. (Not :rolleyes: )

The best was when we'd call someone and they'd be like "I dropped out b/c I couldn't afford to go there anymore and now you want more money?!" This was usually followed by some choice words before they'd hang up on me. :p

Phew.....

Thank god I'm not a caller.....
