Oh after a few tries, I got all of them right. I thought the Midwest was the easiest too...maybe because I live in the Midwest. The EAST COAST had me shook! Those small states had me so confused!
|
The ones that I had to try over again were those states out West that look to be about the same shape and size...Colorado, Wyoming, etc.
I think I've driven the Midwest and South so much that I have the map outlined in my head...lol |
I missed Connecticut and Vermont (I always would get Vermont and New Hampshire mixed up)
|
48/48 But those east coast little states confused me a lot! It sad because the only way I could be successful is if I went back to my old school days and remember our "special" way of remembering the states
i.e Michigan is the Mitten Califorina is the butt of the US Florida is the "male part" Texas is the crouch Maine is the Index finger pointing up We had so more weird ones but i cant remember them all. *we were weird in grade school* *Product of Warrensville Elementary Schools* |

NO NO NO it wasnt the teachers who taught us that. Of course not. It was us Bad students that came up with weird ways to remember our states.
I went to Eastwood Elementary School, Randallwood and Warrensville Heights High School. |

Oh okay cuz I was like I cannot picture Mrs. Kaveney telling us that Texas is the crotch. Yeah you all were bad. |
What can I say. . .Class of '98' was off the hook.
But I thought all students had weird ways to remember the states. I guess not :( Dang were we really that bad? Let me call up my old school teacher :( |
Yeah, I got a 48/48! I passed the Third Grade! :D
