I've fallen in love with this show. I always say that I'm not going to watch it, but I've been suckered in.

I loooooove this show! I love the jobs West Coast Customs has done on each car they've customized. I wish that I lived in SoCal so they could pimp my father's Batmobile (a black '87 Lincoln Town Car)......

Conskeeted7 03-29-2004 05:49 PM

This is the kind of stuff that my hubby wants to do to his car. Well, not the waterfall, but a custom paint job and the big rims.

I just don't see it being a good investment. Like some people have noted, you can just buy another car!! So, I really don't see putting all that money into it.

Now if I was on a show where they did it for free, he could have all the tvs and playstations and waterfalls that he wanted...lol...that'd be a good investment :)

HC I was lol at the expressions X was making when her car alarm kept going off? Bwahahahaha

I think Xzibit is a great host. I was lol when he was like FIX the ride to Christine's grand mother. West Coast Customs is getting loads of free publicity.

This show is a great idea.

That's the only ep I've seen. That was hilarious, he was like "FIX your ride, we are gonna FIX your ride!" I have always like Xzibit, he seems like he would be cool to hang out with. I remember when they did a cribs show on him and he was describing his "one of a kind" coffee table. He was like "Dude said it was one of a kind, and it better be because if I ever see another one it's going to be coming through his store windows as I throw it out of the car at 35 miles per hour." I died! Anyway, I thought it was cool how ol' girl was so happy she was crying, that was nice.

Wow, I really don't watch MTV, but I may have to check this show out. I viewed the flipbook and wow, that's amazing.

I'm a little too conservative to have a "pimped out" ride, but a sista was feeling the massage chair seats and the shoe rack in the trunk. Hmm. I'm in SoCal.

I can't picture you with a pimped out ride.

I KNOW RIGHT!! lol

Although...**sigh** I do live in LA and I've BEEN in a pimped out ride. Yes, dressed in my pink polo dress and scarf I rode to the store with my cousin in his 64 Impala. Needless to say, it was a VERY short trip. I rode with the scarf wrapped around my head and sunglasses. lol. I was about 20 at the time. LOL. That was funny!!

I would walk all the way to L.A. to see abaici in a "pimped out" ride.

OK, I literally laughed out loud!!

Well, your walking shoes are spared because there's not a snowballs chance in HADES of that happening (AGAIN!)

Okay, I'm watching this now on MTV2. They've got a college student with an '86 Cutlass Supreme that was in baaaaad shape.

But I got just 1 question, so somebody 'splain to a sistah. . .

Why you need an intercom in 2 square feet of space???

I was not feeling the intercom or the karaoke machine in the back. If a guy approached me with that, I would be like BOOOO YOU BUNK!!

But from what it WAS to what it IS, 100000% better.

Girl, you're definitely right about that - it was WAAAAAAYYYY better!

And of course, I could live with the GREEN! ;)

I think the intercom is used when somebody is checking under the hood. Then instead of having to lean awkwardly out of the window or holla, you could hear them say, "Okay, now....stop....try it again...got it."

And so on and so forth.
