I also wanted to have the aircraft carrier from GI Joe. My next door neighbour had it and I was jealous. I also wanted the Nintendo with the robot when it first came out.

ME! I still have my pink cow Puffalump I got for Christmas when I was 7. I am rediculously attached to that thing--it went to college with me and now has a permanent home in our guest bedroom.

I always always wanted a Nintendo. Never, ever got one. If I saved up my money, I was allowed to rent one from the video store about twice a year and would stay up all weekend playing games.

I, too, wanted an EZ-Bake oven and never got one. However, a few years ago, I was telling my boyfriend that I always wanted one. He said he should get me one, and I told him, "I will love you forever if you buy me an EZ-Bake oven." Our anniversary was a couple of months later, and he got me the oven because he said he wants me to love him forever. (I know, he's too cute...doesn't it just make you sick? ;))

When I was little I really wanted one of the soft Gund Golden Retreiver Stuffed animals. They came in all different sizes, and I had a friend who had the dog in every size!!! I wanted one for years, but my parents were not about to pay more than $10 for a stuffed animal.

They finally forked over the chash and got me one for high school graduation.:D

A Porsche.

A horse :( I was obsessed with horses and riding but they didn't think I would take it seriously past the age of 12.

I really wanted a dog and a pony, but growing up in Brooklyn didn't really make either one of those feasible!

I finally got a dog when we moved to Arizona, but I'm still working my parents for the pony. ;)

I wanted the Millennium Falcon. It was the one big Star Wars figure-related thing I didn't have back in the day.

Rudey 03-17-2004 01:42 PM

A BB Gun.

Right. I had to settle for a "bugeye" Austin Healey Sprite for my high school ride.

I wanted a baby brother or sister. I have two younger sisters, but I wanted a baby. I also wanted a cat, a dog, or a pony. I got a bird and fish instead.

I did get most of the non-living things I requested.
