I think they cover a certain amount. There are limits on how many classes or credits you can take I believe, but I'm not 100% sure.

LOL!!

I don't know why she was surprised that Pitt didn't recognize off-campus houses - none of the state schools do either. Are Penn State's fraternity houses considered on campus or off? (The place is so big it's hard to know where the campus ends)
