I keep all numbers of all people no matter what due to many of the reasons mentioned above (i.e. knowing when not to answer, not paying attention to the number and picking up on accident, etc.). But I do have certain ring tones for certain people so I know not to pick it up before I even dig it out of my purse!

Instead of the name, I usually put "Don't Answer!" so I know not to pick it up. That's if I don't erase it, which most times I do to free up the space after I'm reasonably sure they won't call again.

Yup me too. I have several categories: Delta Zeta, Girls, Bitches, Boys, Shitty Boys.

I do the same thing - I'll look and be like "you go to voicemail, jerk."

hhmmm maybe i need to do that. b/c now i just delete the number, so when it comes up i see a random phone number and think "i wonder who this is?" and answer it.

for some reason, i know many people with the same name so i have names like "Don't Answer Nick," "Hot Nick," "Polo Shirt Nick," and "Club Nick." ....

on my old phone, when you deleted numbers the name got really small and swooped into a trash can. when my then-boyfriend cheated on me, i had way too much fun deleting, re-entering, and deleting his name over and over and over again. better than therapy. :)

one of my worst downfalls.. i'm so bad at it... which is why i delete numbers. otherwise i have easy access to them!

My boyfriend broke up with me last night..... says he needs some time because being in a relationship is freaking him out. His last one ended really badly (she cheated on him for 4 months)...

I'm devastated but I learned something interesting about my phone! I don't want to call him but it's really hard so I was playing with my phone and found a feature that let me enter his number in as a call restriction and my phone won't ring when he calls. It will let me know if he leaves a voice mail but at least I won't be tempted to answer if he calls.

I have standard "Don't answer" and then theres "Seriously don't answer." I use to have my ex programmed as "My baby" but then he dumped me and he got demoted to "Why is he calling."

Whenever my friends and I are drunk we'll program famous peoples names into each others phones. I've woken up with Brad Pitt and Tom Hanks "numbers" in my phone.

Hahaha, I totally do this. Right now I have FOUR guys' numbers in my phone that are under the name stalker. They are listed as Stalker 1, Stalker 2, etc. with a little sad face by them. I also have a couple of Don't Answer's in my phone too, and "lucky" guy got the name of Fuckface. :D

When Paris Hilton did the Simple Life my friend met her in Arkansas and got her number...he never called her but now all of his friends think they're cool because they have "Paris Hilton's Number in their phone"

So i tried the call restriction thing on my phone so I wouldnt be able to call my ex when drunk. For some reason I then decided to try it out and guess what it didn't work he answered and I just said sorry wrong number. Boy I am an ass
