But really..you might want to do what they talk about in the Nicorette commercials and take it one step at a time....begin to wean yourself off GC little by little. Or, just feign for GC all day at work and then rush to your computer at home as soon as you get in. Try that strategy. Hopefully, it'll work.

Did you ever say "this will make a good Greekchat topic?" Did quote someone that posts on greekchat as if you spoke to them in real life? If you answered yes to 1 or more of these you just MIGHT be a JUNKIE too!! LOL

I've got the solution to your problem: the "Greekchat Patch"--you know, like the nicotene pathces they have on the commercials on T.V. the patch works like this--every time you log on to greekchat you get an unpleasant sting in your arm/hand (you have to put it on the arm/hand that you write with).
