Iota Phi Theta has a house at University of Maryland College Park. Brown and gold door, trim, and everything, along with the cinderblock I-Phi in the yard :) I think it's great that they have a house, it was a pretty big deal at UMCP when they got it (first and only BGLO to get a house at Maryland).
