When founders is plural possessive, the apostraphe comes after the s.

So..

Yay for Theta! Can I just say how much I love that two of our founders are named Bettie?

I guess I can't really say happy founders' day since it ended about 18 minutes ago...oh well...there's always next year.

I bought a kite charm to celebrate Founders' Day. (Well, not so much to celebrate, but just because I wanted it...you know how that goes.)
