yum. fetticuine alfredo. i must admit, i lost it a little today. we were in the cafe for brunch, and everyone around me was eating all the chocolate donuts, and all i wanted for the last 3 days was some chocolate, so i went over and took a spoonful of chocolate ice cream. my poor body probably didn't know what to do with the carbs or the dairy. but, i figured it was just a spoonful, and it satisfied my cravings, so i am good now.

its proving to be difficult cause i'm a pole vaulter, converted from a mid distance runner. i still have this mindset that carbs are the greatest thing; but i'm really not feeling tired or anything, which i thought i would. i guess it the addition of all the protien that is getting my by.

No joke, I am thinking the same thing! Oh well. :D
