We have:

Archon
Vice Archon (who is also in charge of Ritual)
Scribe
Bursar
Membership Recruitment Chairman
Sister Development Chairman

We also have
Member at Large - our judicial board chair
Tribune - corresponding secretary

and a whole slew of committee chairpersons....

President= Archon
Vice President= Vice Archon
recording secretary= Tribune
coressdonding secretary= Scribe
Treasurer= Bursar
person who plans rush= MRC =membership recruitment chair
person in charge of discipline= MAL = member-at-large
person in charge of new members= SDC = sisterhood development chair
and our panhellenic delegate is just called panhellenic delegate

lol that's ok
but we have our scribe and tribune switched! I noticed this too when i gave the session on scribes and tribunes at Founder's Day - some chapters switch em up - I guess it doesn't matter as long as the job gets done!

Vice President (the one who takes over for the prez if necessary) = Executive Vice President
Recording Secretary = Recording Secretary
Treasurer = Treasurer
Person in charge of rituals = Guard
Person who plans rush = Recruitment Vice President or Formal Recruitment Chair
Person who guides the pledges = New Member Coordinator

AGD is set up as teams with a primary officer for each team. The primary officer is on Executive Council:

Presidents Team: President, Alumnae Relations Coordinator, Risk Management Coordinator, Ritual Coordinator

Member Development Team: VP Member Development, New Member Coordinator, Personal Development Coordinator, Sisterhood Coordinator

Scholarship Team: VP Scholarship, Social Coordinator

Recruitment Team: VP Recruitment, Membership Coordinator, COB Coordinator

Operations Team: VP Operations, Publications Coordinator

Finance Team: VP Finance, Philanthropy Coordinator, Property Coordinator

Campus Relations Team: VP Campus Relations (Panhel Delegate), Activities Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator

For smaller chapters, some of the coordinator positions are shared OR the VP may do all of them, depending on the situation.

Our exec officers are as follows, but these vary from chapter to chapter in Beta...however none of those weird names are used.

President
Vice President
Secretary (no corresponding or recording it's simply one job - this is probably the one position that varies the most chapter to chapter)
Treasurer
Risk Manager
Scholarship Chair
Pledge Educator (teaches the pledges about Beta)
Recruitment Director (coordinates Rush)
Philanthropy Chair
Social Chair


On our Cabinet we have:
Alumni Relations Chair
2 Assistant Rush Chairs
2 Assistant Social Chairs

Ritual Chair (runs and organizes all ritual activity)

Chorister (We are the singing fraternity after all)

House and Grounds (in charge of keeping house clean, ordering cleaning supplies)

Facilities (works with our contractor to fix things, orders parts like light bulbs, in charge of determining who gets to live in the house and parking spots)

Historian

Chaplain

2 Intramural chairs

Technology chair (in charge of upkeep of all house computers, ethernet connections, and chapter website/message boards)

The person to teach rituals is our Ritual Chair, which is an appointed office. Each council member oversees 5-7 appointed offices.

Secretary - we combine recording and corr. bc I have a small chapter
Membership vp - she is in charge of recruitmen

Officers generally change every semester, although some do serve for more than one semester. And you can hold more than one appointed position at once, though I never did.

I'm glad nauadpi posted this, I was just about to do the same :)

We also do have the MEVP (Membership Education Vice President), who oversees the NMC, the Pride Leaders, Guard, and at least one other position that is not coming to mind right now who is part of the Executive Committee (President, EVP, MEVP, RVP, Treasurer, Standards, Panhellenic Delegate, and Social Chair)
