barguy I kind of agree with you on Coulter. If she just wasn't so hateful (LACK OF BETTER WORD), I could get behind her. She, IMO, is right about so many things, but her delivery is like acid it makes me want to turn her off.

She's not only hateful, she's also a bigot.

I love the O'Reilly Factor. I don't get to watch it every night but I when I am home I definitely make it a point to watch. One of my favorite interviews was when he had Pete Rose on a little while back. O'Reilly is such a good interviewer, he doesn't back down from anyone and I like that.

You are correct sir. I think O'Reilly is a great journalist. If he were to debate Al Sharpton, I would watch. Sharpton doesn't have anything to say. O'Reilly would tear him apart. Even Bill Maher made Sharpton look like a moron.

I just wanted to add that he had Joe Liebermann on the other night, and he was really very respectful. I like O'Rielly, and I am seeing that he really has no agenda, and says what he believes. One of the only straight shooters out there...

O'Reilly is entertaining, but I prefer Hannity and Colmes if I'm watching Fox.

i just finished reading his book "Who's Looking Out For You?" I found it rather enlightening as well as "independent." I dont think he attacked one side more than another.

I'm now interested in reading "The O'Reilly Factor" and "The No-Spin Zone"

Further more I agree near 100% with almost all of his Talking Points memos.

The anchor of his own show on Fox News said he was sorry he gave the U.S. government the benefit of the doubt that former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's weapons program poised an imminent threat, the main reason cited for going to war.

"I was wrong. I am not pleased about it at all and I think all Americans should be concerned about this," O'Reilly said in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America."

"What do you want me to do, go over and kiss the camera?" asked O'Reilly, who had promised rival ABC last year he would publicly apologize if weapons were not found.

O'Reilly said he was "much more skeptical about the Bush administration now" since former weapons inspector David Kay said he did not think Saddam had any weapons of mass destruction.

While critical of President Bush, O'Reilly said he did not think the president intentionally lied. Rather, O'Reilly blamed CIA Director George Tenet, who was appointed by former President Bill Clinton.

"I don't know why Tenet still has his job."

He added: "I think every American should be very concerned for themselves that our intelligence is not as good as it should be."

O'Reilly anticipated the presidential election would be a close race, adding he thought Democratic front-runner Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts would be a formidable opponent against Bush.

I am scared to DEATH of Kerry. He is very, very, VERY liberal.

You have heard the Kerry's have changed the pronunciation of his wife's name so it will sound more Spanish/Mexican...which is now noted to be the most coveted group of voters.

Lot's of little ditties out there about him. Just WAIT till the Republicans unleash their war chest. First out may be his affiliation with Hanoi Jane.

I could have voted for Joe, but NEVER Kerry.

Back on topic-So glad Bill didn't welch on his word.

I feel that he has a good deal of common sense, and he doesn't care what people think about the truth. He just tells it like it is, period. No, he doesn't cover things up, and doesn't place the news into a nice little easy to swallow pill for us, he shows us what it is really like, I appreciate that.

Yesterday, Bill said something that got me to wonder...

That President Bush is biding his time, win 4 more years in the White House and have a Scorched Earth Policy in Iraq... That was Bill prediction and it will be confirmed with his interview with the President...

I am amazed how much I agree with Bill. I do think Bush, if he gets 4 more years in office will lay it out on Iraq...

I disagree. Within conservatives and the Republican party, a war is raging between the old-line conservatives and neo-conservatives. Neo-conservatives want Iraq remade. We understand the heavy sacrifice and think that it would be a beautiful country to show off to the rest of the world if all the problems are fixed. Conservatives, which are dominating the Republican party and Bush, are pushing for a rapid exit within a year. I think they will get what they want.

I caught the end of his show the other night, and the entire segment was spent plugging his books, shows, columns, etc.

Is that the way it usually is? Boy, talk about cashing in on an ideology.

That whole segment was a program length commercial.
