Bwahahaha! Between the claimed benefits and this brand name, this sounds like some kind of liquid marijuana, lol.

I've never tried the stuff, but I might pick up some at the store today. :D

I used to love that until I went on the Atkins Diet.

Arizona Diet Green Tea isn't so good.

OK Dionysus I was wait(ing) for that! ------------>edited

OH CRUD! My bag just blew up in the Microwave!!!
Green tea everywhere...

BTW-I didn't see caffeine listed on the box, but it does say-

Since 1972, Stash has been committed to providing premium quality teas and an UNSURPASSED TEA DRINKING EXPERIENCE!

I guess it all boils down to what's in your stash!:p

loose tea?

Has anyone else tried the loose teas? I got a tin w/ loose tea at the "Asian mall" [ it has thigns imported from every country in Asia and great food!] near my place. I make it as strong or weak as I want, and per cup it's cheaper than bags.

:)

I got a little set like that for my daughter last Christmas. She SWEARS by it. I'm just lazy.

Mmm! Lipton Orange, Passionfruit & Jasmine Green Tea is my all time fav!

It has all kinds of antioxidants to "neutralize free radicals, molecules which can damage healthy cells."

That means absolutly nothing to me, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something halfway decent for myself. :)

I don't fully understand why its good for you either, but lots of people say that green yea is one of the healthiest foods around, and I have yet to hear anyone refute that.

I'll start drinking another cup of Stash green tea in a minute, just as soon as cools down so that I don't burn myself.

According to the side of my Good Earth brand jasmine green tea box, green tea has 30% of the caffeine of coffee.

Bigelow's "Constant Comment" green tea is my favorite. It's orange spice, and it is soooo good!! I also like jasmine and mint green tea.

I got some lipton green tea. They were completely out of Bigelow. Stash was almost out, I almost got that, but I didn't think I would like the "spicey" ingredients they added.

BTW, my tea is amber, does that mean it's bad or something?

docetboy 01-07-2004 12:16 PM

Anyone try the big-train green tea chai? That stuff isn't bad.

It turns less green and more amber the longer you brew it. Next time, take the tea bag out after 1-2 minutes and it'll be greener looking (although leave it in if you like the stronger flavor).

Chai tea was about all we saw in New Mexico. Is it all the same??? We dranks several different kinds and all was good!

Dionysus, my Stash green tea is just plain. I have had some though that taste a tiny bit peppery.
