I totaly agree.

Also, for women who aren't our biological sisters, it means walking by and speaking instead of giving them a once-over and continuing to walk.

It means asking each other how we are doing, sicerely wanting to know the answer.

It means only speaking highly of your fellow sisters instead of spreading gossip; no matter if the gossip is true and you know it down to last detail.

Just sticking together and nurturing one another means a lot to me when it comes to sisterhood.

Hellllo,

(Once again, Sweettgabrown is late to the party http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif

In my opinion, sisterhood is unconditional love between two or more women. Not necessarily related biologically, but something deeper more innate. A bond that cannot be expressed with words or pagentry, but something as comfortable and familiar as a mother's love. It is the ability to communicate without words. Not having to "entertain" one another, but just being in one anothers company and share time for quiet reflection and ntrospection.
Sisterhood is a rare phenomeon and should be treasured like precious jewels (pearls preferably) http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/wink.gif
