Miami, FL

It was only within the last 10 years or so, that the Junior League of Miami started their "sponsorship pool" - if you didn't know anyone in the League & wanted to join, we'd find someone to sponsor you. You'd still have to get the required signatures. (I think it was one "sponsor" and two "endorsers".)

I'm a sustainer now....but I enjoyed my years as an active!

I know one lady who is a sustainer...her husband refers to her as an "abstainer". LOL

Yes, I joined the Junior League of Toronto last year, and I'm currently the Website Editor for JLT - http://www.jlt.org

It certainly introduced me to even more women in the Toronto area - one of my buddies works as an editor at Flare magazine!

I have always been interested in joining the jr league but the area i just moved back to ( my home town) doesn't have a league that i know of and would have to go all the way to Riverside. I almost joined the Pasadena Jr League but even
that was a distance to where i was before. :(
