well, this is in a much more **ahem**rural area. You have more space, but you have to drive a lot farther to get to stores to buy things to put in the space.

SoCAGirl, I was about to say the same thing. I live in a nice size house here in SO CA. I can sell mine, pay cash for that one and still have money to remodel it. As for the taxes, I don't think anyone in CA has taxes that low.
