I had eye problems several years ago. I had iritis in my right eye off and on for five years. As a treatment, I had to keep my right pupil dilated every time I had a flare up as well as use drops every hour. The last time I had iritis, my pupil was dilated for eight months. It was really scary. Now I am well. I hope that you have a successful outcome also.

Just wanted to give you all an update...I had the surgery Wednesday and the doctor said everything looked good, so it's so far so good. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though! My eyes hurt like &%$^ the first day, but now they're pretty much feeling normal except they're still sort of swollen and I look stoned. :p

Glad to hear that the surgery went ok. My dad had that same surgery about 1-1/2 yrs ago and is doing fine.;)
